The BRWC’s new 8700 sq. ft. building contains reception/intake area, a wildlife examination/treatment room, x-ray facility, surgical suite, and rehabilitation areas by species.
This facility is adjacent to the Center’s circular flight cage, a unique resource in our region, that other wildlife rehabilitation organization send their animals to use.
Of all the improvements to our program offerings created by the new wildlife center, the greatest addition is our Ronald M. Bradley Education Center which seats 30-40 students. Instead of being limited to summer programs, we can present programs for students and adults throughout the year.
Outside, a nature trail leads to exhibits featuring the BRWC’s educational animals known as Wildlife Ambassadors.
